Filenames Issue

Describe the bug
I'm using the IBM Storage Archive 2.4.8.1 official download, on Windows. Some filenames can cause the LTFS system to crash, where the tape is still mounted, but everything has effectively gone away.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to write a file with "André Rieu"
2. Watch it all go down. - Found this while backing up my iTunes library, not clear what character did it; however this is copy/paste so I assume the exact same character code.

Expected behavior
Write the file without crashing, seems self explanatory. I renamed the file to get rid of "é" and I can confirm it solved the problem.

Additional context
I know that this worked on some previous version, though I couldn't say for sure what version; however, the file itself isn't particularly new - it has been on my system since 2012 and I know this worked previously without issue.

This issue is already fixed, @Piloalucard fixed it on IBM SDE side but it's not released yet.
