Update PGN definitions #46
Description
It would be nice to see the update of PGNs from PR #27 to the main branch since some of them seem outdated. For example, "rateOfTurn" with "PGN":127251, in the Canboat PGN JSON file it has length of 8 while in the Marulc one it has 5. That causes some issues regarding the correct paring of values.
