possibility to add an example for ENA?

Hi @finstermeier 
You have recently added funtions to prepare metadata for ENA submissions. Would it make sense to add an example to this repo? Like a jupyter notebook and the rendered HTML?

All functions and examples here should be self-contained and working, such that we can directly run an example with supplied toy data.
