Adding filterable datagrid

Many open-source JavaScript libraries come with datagrids that have filtering capabilities, but there isn't a large library that does this on the .NET Desktop side; there are small attempts, but they aren't fully functional.

Material Design in XAML is probably the most used UI library in WPF. Therefore, a new control as a filterable datagrid, or an extension to an existing datagrid, would take .NET Desktop a step forward.

@orhantt whether your request makes it into this library or not is up to the current maintainer. Don't be surprised if it doesn't since this is trying to be a theming, not a control library.

Regardless, I have had a decent experience with the DataGridExtensions library, which can add excel-like filtering to your existing DataGrid. For some reason I had to copy-paste a few classes to make it work for my use case, but I can't exactly remember why (maybe a bug in that lib or something else).
