Is 580.94.16 open driver delayed until a manual release?

The new Vulkan beta driver is out now, but there's no open driver release for it yet.

For future reference, posting to github is a manual process, somewhat detached from posting to nvidia.com.

For main releases, the official source tarball release is actually posted at https://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/NVIDIA-kernel-module-source/ and github is a mirror we maintain manually. But VK-dev branches don't get posted there, only here.

Also, for what it's worth, I don't think VK-dev branches ever have custom changes in the kernel modules - it's just whatever is latest for that major branch, plus a special version ID.
