test: add comprehensive tests for issue #87 fixes
Add unit tests to verify: - Ollama unmarshal error detection and helpful error messages - Various error handling scenarios (500, 404, timeouts, etc.) - maxRetries configuration support and defaults - Configuration type safety for AIProviderConfig All tests pass successfully, confirming the error handling improvements work as expected.
