Update README.md

Update the README.md and bump the version to 0.2.0

Added new functionalities to the public API:
- constants module
- getNativeScriptCliVersion method
- getXcprojInfo method
- isCocoaPodsUpdateRequired method
- platforms property in the IWarning interface
