Consolidate zkEVM Get started -> Quick start Section

## Overview

Merged the 3 sub pages under the Quick start menu (zkEVM testnet & mainnet, Using Polygon faucet, and Bridging assets to zkEVM) into 1 Quick start page. The new page has updated info copied from zkEVM testnet & mainnet, a new GIF, and 2 sections that point users towards pages in the Developer Tools section for the Polygon Faucet and asset bridging.
