streaming api for files > 1kB #17
Description
Essentially we roughly need:
read_file_chunkwrite_file_chunk
to write and read arbitrary sized files to the filesystem.
Currently mainly needed for opcard-rs and piv-authenticator to handle certificates > 1kB
