Getting A device with number 'UDID' already exists on this team. (35) every time I run #113

I'm trying to use this program to install SideStore, and I'm getting an error that says A device with number 'UDID' already exists on this team. (35).
The first time I ran this program I didn't get the error, but the installation failed as Apple locked out my account. I didn't get any locked account errors after that point, but then I kept getting the error after that point.
It looks like #33 talks about the same stuff, but appears to have been closed. Is there something I'm overlooking?
