What happened

The step template should check if version 4.7.1 or later of dot net framework was installed on the machine.
However, because a newer version was installed, the step failed incorrectly.

Reproduction steps

Install the latest .Net Framework version 4.81
run the script

More Information

The step template is out of date and does not recognise the latest versions of the dot net framework.
