Unable to access the Install Toolkit after recent changes

�there is no easy way to access the Install Toolkit for on-machine creation of EXE/MSI files since the XML Generator was decommissioned.

This feature hasn't been migrated over to http://config.office.com either.

Can you advise what's planned for this tool or if it too has been decommissioned?

The Install Toolkit was a priceless utility to create an MSI wrapper to deploy Office ProPlus C2R versions.

Although I wonder how long will this deprecated app work. When I tried to package the latest Office 365 build with this, it didn't succeed (feels like something has changed). Hence was hoping that the developer continues to build this app - supporting the latest Office builds.
