Browsing for Start button icon extremely slow

Describe the bug

I've noticed this on multiple Windows 11 devices. I'm running 4.4.196. When I click Pick Image to select a button skin it take 90 seconds or so for the file browse window to open and takes about the same amount of time each time I click on a folder to open it.
Once the window opens, if I simply type in the entire path and file name, then it loads the new button instantly.

I also notice that using the Backup/Load from XML file also takes very long for the browse window to open.

Any idea how I can fix this?
