Unlikely to be an issue with openshell, but do Ctrl+Alt+Delete open task manager, new task, run "cmd" that will get you a command line. From there you can try recovery options etc.

Don't swear in bug reports.

same procedure but reboot without uninstalling and should word, as it did for me.
