Tracer module does not work

There are several issues with the tracer module:

• all filters are required - none should be required, all of them are optional
• in case no filter is specified, a dialog box should be raised asking if you are sure you want to track everything
• IP filter should be validated as an IP; currently anything can be used there
• even if you specify all filters, pressing the Start button exits with an error: Tracing started bind fail; if nothing is specified, it should be allowed to bind on any available interface
