chore: clean up repository for public release

- Remove internal documentation files (CLAUDE.md, implementation plans, etc.)
- Remove temporary release notes and setup documentation
- Remove pixi.lock (package manager lock file not needed for libraries)
- Remove macOS .DS_Store files
- Update .gitignore to prevent these files from being added back
