Check version

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Vicious Skewering has this impale effect on bleeding hit.
So, the higher the bleed chance the stronger the impale effect.
For example,
15% impale effect on a 50% bleed chance will be 7.5%.
100% bleed chance will be a full 15% impale effect.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Upon you reach 100% bleed chance, you can still get DPS increased by getting more %bleed chance.
The DPS calculation become:
150% bleed chance = 22.5% impale effect.
200% bleed chance = 30% impale effect.

I don't think this is correct.

How to reproduce the issue

  1. Check my total bleed chance and make sure it is already 100%
  2. Pick the bleed chance-only node and noticed increases in DPS
  3. Unpick the bleed chance-only node and noticed decreased in DPS

A very very simple PoB, if you pick any bleed chance when you already 100%, you can still see the increases in Impale DPS.
