Ability to "choose" a previous upload #14
Description
Following from #3, though not necessarily blocked by it, it might be handy to allow teams to mark previous uploads as their submission. This could avoid them needing to re-upload code, which is probably more convenient for them. It may also have a small disk usage impact.
