Use the design tokens in policyengine-app-v2

@PolicyEngine policyengine/policyengine-app-v2 has design system tokens for policyengine published to npm. Use those? If they would make the site less nice than it currently is, identify improvements to that repo's tokens. Also maybe try putting a screenshot of the changes here?

What I did

Found the package: The design system was published to npm just 19 hours ago as @policyengine/design-system v0.1.0

Integrated tokens: Updated the docs site's globals.css to use the design system's:

• Teal-based color palette (primary brand color shifts from forest green #2c6e49 → teal #319795)
• Semantic colors (success, error, warning, info) with more vibrant shades
• Typography tokens (fonts, sizes, spacing)
• Expanded font stack (added Roboto, Public Sans, Roboto Serif)

Testing: Build successful - all 21 pages generated correctly ✅

Visual changes

The main visual change is a shift to a slightly more vibrant, modern teal-based color scheme that aligns with the app-v2 design system. The brand green becomes a teal, and status colors are brighter and more accessible.

Recommendations for design system improvements

Based on this integration, I identified some areas where the design system could be enhanced:

1. Documentation surfaces - Add tokens for documentation/content backgrounds
2. Code block theming - More comprehensive code syntax color tokens
3. Method/Status badges - Pre-defined HTTP method badge color combinations
4. Border radius - Already exists but needs usage documentation
5. Shadow tokens - Missing elevation/shadow system for cards/surfaces
