Inputs of `Infinity` don't work properly

This is likely an issue with simulation API, but unclear at the moment. When making a request for a sim with a parameter set to Infinity, we get the following call response:

"400 input json string is in incorrect format: JSON parse error at offset 169: invalid character 'I' looking for beginning of value: '<nil>'"
```
