Details

New Mexico: Governor expanded SNAP eligibility from 165% to 200% FPL effective October 1, 2024, making ~67,697 additional households eligible.

Alaska: SB 149 implemented BBCE at 200% FPL effective July 1, 2025. Alaska previously followed federal 130% FPL rules without BBCE.

South Dakota: Currently missing from the parameter file. SD is a non-BBCE state and should be added with -.inf value.
