Update plugin version shown in PyCharm #6
Description
The version number (line 4 of CloudShell-PyCharm-Plugin/resources/META-INF/plugin.xml) should be kept up to date with new releases. I just downloaded and installed version 1.1.2, but the PyCharm Plugins dialog still shows 1.0.
