Want to learn R?

My Friday workshops will not teach you R. They are about workflow (efficiency, documentation and reproducibility) using RStudio, Git, & GitHub. If you want to learn R there are many great online free courses.

Here are some good online options for getting up to speed in R

There is a new Oregon Health & Science University one starting up shortly

• The website is hosted on GitHub and is powered by Jekyll. These kind of sites are common and easy enough to set up. Well, actually I find them confusing but they are easy enough to clone and modify. You can poke around the GitHub site for the webpage.

This is by the same Oregon Health & Science University professor but is more focused on R programming.
