End and Home shortcuts not behaving as expected on blocks with text inputs

Description

When navigating through blocks with text input fields, Home and End are not behaving as expected. For example, using a block with two text fields, when I first navigate to the block if I press End then focus will go to the last text field, but if I use the right arrows to navigate into the block, then when I am focused on either of the text fields, Home and End do not do anything. I also found if I used End to navigate to the second text field, it then did something unexpected with the focus, because when I pressed Enter to edit the text field it opened the toolbox instead. I have attached a video showing this.

Reproduction steps

1. Navigate to a block with input fields (specifically text were tested here).
2. Use right arrows to move focus to the input field
   3.Press Home or End
