Unable to run Kafka broker

@Ryan-Ray-Martin I am unable to run the first step from your article below. I have gone ahead and downloaded the files from github and ran the command docker-compose up. The terminal goes through its process but at the end displays a bunch of errors.

Here is the screenshot of the errors.

I have gone ahead and worked on step 2 which is getting data from polygon. The polygon part works however I get a message from the Kafka Producer saying No Brokers Available.

I am stuck at this point and don't know what to do to fix these issues. Can you please help me and let me know what I am doing wrong and what needs to be done to fix this?

Update:

I have restarted the docker-compose process a few times and now I have something different. I am assuming the services are starting now? Here is the screenshot.

I am still having the error of NoBrokersAvailable show up and don't know how to fix that. This step is being run from Visual Studio 2019 on my windows machine and not docker or anywhere else.
