Audeze Maxwell not reporting any battery status

Hi !

I've tried to use HeadSetControl with my Audeze Maxwell but unfortunately it's not able to report any battery status.

The device is marked as supported and here is what I have when I try to read the battery level

I just tried on windows and the same "BATTERY_UNAVAILABLE"

I also tried multiple times on Linux accross reboots, restarts

I've just seen that your ID is different than mine

0x3329:0x4b19 for you and 0x3329:0x4b18 for me.

Can it explain something ?

Its normal that the id is different, as you have a different version.

However I dont know why it doesnt work. You probably need to capture packets from the original software to check why.

Thanks @Sapd ! Any recommendation to capture these packets ? Am I supposed to do that on windows with Audeze software ?

For testing you can use headsetcontrol --dev -- --dev-help which allows you to directly sending or receiving raw packets without programming it in @T13nou
