missing folders

Hi,
When i try to run any of the project files, i get a load error referring to Software\libs\openFrameworksCompiled, am I missing something fundamental here?

It is not so easy to restore the develop environment .
When I load robot side codes with iar for arm 5.x,raise error while rebuild all,missing stm32xx.h and other files.
It is possible to explain the requirent for development?
