# About Me
7+
8+
I'm Harpinder Jot Singh, an AI/ML engineer and entrepreneur focused on building coordination tools that help humans and AI work together seamlessly.
9+
10+
## What I'm Building
11+
12+
I'm currently building **Qordinate** - a coordination assistant that helps people and their agents work together seamlessly, without the endless back-and-forth. I've spent the past few years thinking about how humans and AI can coordinate better - not just communicate. With Qordinate, we're making that real by bringing autonomous, context-aware agents into the apps people already use.
13+
14+
## My Background
15+
16+
Before starting Qordinate, I spent ~4.5 years at DevRev, helping take it from 0→1, working on workflows and the agent platform - one of its core foundations. I've worked across the full stack of AI systems, from data pipelines to user interfaces, and have experience building platforms that scale.
17+
18+
## Writing & Speaking
19+
20+
I write about the evolving agent ecosystem, interoperability between assistants, and what it means to build AI products that actually fit into people's lives. I've also spoken about these topics, including a recent podcast with Dheeraj Pandey (former CEO of Nutanix, current CEO of DevRev) on The Effortless Podcast.
21+
22+
## Education
23+
24+
I graduated from BITS Pilani with a degree in Computer Science, where I was actively involved in coding clubs, teaching assistantships, and various technical projects.
25+
26+
## Contact
27+
28+
Always open to exchanging ideas with founders, engineers, and researchers building in this space.

*Last updated: October 2025*
9+
10+
## Building Qordinate
11+
12+
I'm currently focused on building **Qordinate** - a coordination assistant that helps people and their agents work together seamlessly, without the endless back-and-forth.
13+
14+
### Recent Updates
15+
16+
- **Arattai Integration:** Qordinate now works inside Arattai! Users can download the contact card from [qordinate.ai/vcf](https://qordinate.ai/vcf) and DM it on Arattai to get started.
17+
- **Agent Platform:** We're making autonomous, context-aware agents that fit into the apps people already use, rather than requiring new interfaces.
18+
19+
## The Vision
20+
21+
I've spent the past few years thinking about how humans and AI can coordinate better - not just communicate. The key insight is that coordination requires shared context, not just better chat interfaces. Qordinate brings this shared context to messaging apps people already use.
22+
23+
## What's Next
24+
25+
- Expanding integrations with more messaging platforms
26+
- Improving agent reasoning and context awareness
27+
- Building tools for developers to create their own coordination agents
28+
29+
## Get Involved
30+
31+
If you're interested in coordination, AI agents, or building products that fit into people's existing workflows, I'd love to hear from you.

## MCP Is Less Software Engineering And More Social Engineering
9+
10+
**The Effortless Podcast** • April 2025
11+
12+
Featured on The Effortless Podcast with Dheeraj Pandey (former CEO of Nutanix, current CEO of DevRev). We discussed AI workflows, federated vs. integrated systems, Python for LLMs, and enterprise automation.
13+
14+
### Key Topics Covered
15+
16+
- **AI's Evolution:** Function calling has revolutionized how LLMs interact with the world by enabling real-time data retrieval and task execution through API calls and external systems
17+
- **Federated vs. Integrated Systems:** Trade-offs between leaving data in legacy systems vs. centralizing for better performance and consistency
18+
- **CodeAct's Potential:** Using Python code execution instead of traditional tool calls to create more flexible, efficient LLM agents
19+
- **AI for Enterprises:** Making AI-driven workflow automation accessible to companies without deep technical expertise
20+
- **Future of AI Agents:** Enhancing ability to generate and execute code for more powerful and autonomous systems
