Antique Atlas 3.0+ (and by extension, Surveyor Map Framework 1.0) needs a newer version of Fabric API

Describe the bug

The latest versions of Surveyor Map Framework and Antique Atlas (1.0.0 and 3.0.0, respectively) need a newer version of Fabric API than what is available in FFAPI right now.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and install Surveyor Map Framework and Antique Atlas with Sinytra Connector and Forgified Fabric API
2. Run the game

FFAPI would need to be updated to Fabric API 0.116.7 to fix this bug.
