Please enable mouse over hints in "Add library to selected project" dialog

In the library manager within Sloeber's preferences, the library description is displayed when hovering over an entry in the library tree. Unfortunately, that trick does not work with the library selection list in the dialog that is displayed when "Add library to selected project" is chosen from the Sloeber menu. Could you please add the same mouse-over hints as in the preferences dialog ?
