How to import TMX files via API

Hello,

We recently decided to migrate form our old platform to Smartling, we have about 200 TMX files that we would have to import (around 20 dictionaries X 10 languages), checking the documentation I could not find a way to automate this process as it seems that there is no API for this.

Is there a way to upload TMX files via API? Could you point me to the documentation?

P.S I looked at importFileTranslations API but it seems it is made to import translation resource files and not TMX files. Also, this API does not seem available in the nodejs SDK

Hi @shadizar128, as I know there is no public API for this thus it's not in this SDK. Please contact your CSM about this, maybe your CSM could suggest another way of doing this.
