[NEWS] - VERSION NAMING OVERHUAL! Read dsc #50

Hello again fellow VAIIYA TRUSTEES! I got some quick news and a small summery!
The naming scheme for VAIIYA terminal is changing! Instead of v10, or whatever number, it will be better to use the v10.##.## scheme! This will help identify patterns and patches better in the commit logs :>
