Tanstack Start | Selecting "No" for Tailwind still installs Tailwind

Describe the bug

I thought I'd give Tanstack a go and ran TanStack Start. I thought I must've answered incorrectly to "Would you like to use Tailwind CSS?" as I saw it was installed so I started again and as you can see, even after selected "No" to using Tailwind, it still seems to be installed and added to Vite config etc

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. run npm create @tanstack/start@latest
2. select "No" to using Tailwind
3. wait to installation
4. see Tailwind IS installed

Expected behavior

As a user, when I select "No" to Tailwind being installed, I expect it not to be installed
