Wiki Editing Instruction

All individual items on a wiki page are given a title with a header 3 level markup (h3).

This allows grouping of items into sections with header 2 (h2) and into chapters with header 1 (h1).
The header markup is also a direct web link, so h3 web links can be used to put direct links in tickets in the issue tracker, version lists for releases, News page, PEP page etc.

For dates the inverse date notation is used of YYYYMMDDdd. For example Thursday, October 8, 2020 would be: 20201008Th
