Wiki Editing Instruction

All individual content items on a wiki page that need a web link are given a title with a header 3 level markup (h3).

This allows grouping of content items into sections with header 2 (h2) and into chapters with header 1 (h1).
The header markup is also a direct web link, so h3 web links can be used conveniently to put direct links to content items in for instance tickets in the issue tracker, version lists for releases, messages on the News page, notes on the PEP page etc.

For dates the inverse date notation is used of YYYYMMDDdd.

For example: Thursday, October 9, 2020 would be 20201009Fr.
This is internationally not confusing between languages and it sorts well.
