Sound System #29
Description
Finish implementation of sound system.
- Sound Effects
- Decide on a system for songs/music
Current system is NVorbis for OGG files, it has shown to be slightly unstable though. - Add support for more sound formats
Currently supported are WAVE for sound effects and OGG for music.
