Make it easier to understand emoji search

Some of our users who are not native from web text editor are confused with :emoji_search

Describe the solution you'd like
Gdoc has a good solution for this, whenever you type : they display a bunch of emojis with their :emoji_names and a grey text that prompts users to seach emojis. See screenshot bellow
