[ObjectPage]: Hover effect kept if only ObjectPageTitle or ObjectPageHeader is present

Describe the bug

If we have both the ObjectPageTitle and the ObjectPageHeader the arrow for hiding the filters is present, so we found a workaround to hide it - using only ObjectPageTitle or ObjectPageHeader however, when doing that the hover effect stays even if preserveHeaderStateOnClick is true

Thanks for the example.
Rendering the ObjectPageTitle inside the ObjectPageHeader is not supported. Here’s how it should be used:

• ObjectPageHeader → only in the headerArea
• ObjectPageTitle → only in the titleArea

An ObjectPage should always implement the titleArea, as it is one of the central elements of the page. More information can be found here.

Please note, that the linked documentation only covers the SAPUI5 implementation. Our ObjectPageHeader is essentially the recommended DynamicPageHeader, but we had to rename it to avoid conflicts with the ui5/webcomponents DynamicPageHeader. I will add a note to the component to make this clearer.

Regarding the expand/collapse button:

• It is mandatory when the headerArea is present (because the header content can be expanded/collapsed).
• We previously offered a prop to hide it, but this could lead to inconsistencies when using DynamicPage and ObjectPage in the same app and is not supported by design. That’s why it was removed in v2.

To reintroduce this feature, the request would need to go through the Inner Source process and be synchronized with the SAP Central Design team. Please raise a BLI to the Central Design team and include the ticket number here for reference. Once the design is approved, we can implement it.

As a temporary workaround, you can hide the button via CSS, but since there are no official design specifications for this behavior, it is not recommended.

I just noticed that we still show a hover effect per default if the titleArea is defined without the headerArea. This will be fixed in this PR.
