ClinEpi: Inconsistent capitalization on study characteristics table

Cristina noticed when dealing with capitalization on the study summaries table that the same issue appears on the study characteristics table on the View Study Details tab. Please change column headers to Sentence case. Also, is it possible to have the section titled "Data accessibility" above the table to use Title Case like all other sections?
