minor stylistic and punctuation improvements (#2884)

1. The series of adjectives before "JavaScript applications" is slightly
awkward. We can improve the flow by restructuring it.

2. While "Here's" (a contraction of "Here is") is commonly used in
informal speech before a plural noun, strictly speaking, it should be
"Here are" since the subject "a few quickstart guides" is plural.

3. It's common style to place a comma before the "and" when it connects
two independent clauses
