Investigate whether we can fix the WBPersonundefined author for WBPaper00067461 #380
Description
In checking WBPersons for data modeling at the Aliance @azurebrd found that we have an entry for WBPersonundefined for WBPaper00067461.
It looks like we don't otherwise have a WBPerson id for ACKnowledge author entries from that paper, so I don't know if there's any way we can trace which author entered the data or should we pick one of the authors to credit? The latter is not ideal, but maybe better than WBPersonundefined? I couldn't remember if we'd talked about this previously, but couldn't find reference to it in our meeting minutes.
