Update Node runtime to Node24 due to upcoming retirement on Node20

Hello,
it was announced that Node20 will be not default runtime on runners - https://github.blog/changelog/2025-09-19-deprecation-of-node-20-on-github-actions-runners/

Would be great to get version with Node24 runtime on this Action.

⚠️ Should be considered as breaking change as requires GitHub runner (v2.328.0) ⚠️
