Time distribution graph click 11am get From=18&hourTo=18

Is there a setting for this, or something I need to update on the server?

In the Time Distribution graph, if I click on say 11am, it takes me to the URL: http://192.168.0.182:3000/live_feed?page=1&hourFrom=18&hourTo=18, which appears to be UTC conversion from MST.

Seems simple and I'm probably missing something dumb, but can anyone tell me the change I need to make, so that when I click 11am on the graph, which would be 11am MST, the URL should be http://192.168.0.182:3000/live_feed?page=1&hourFrom=11&hourTo=11?
