Unthaw / resume past sessions

Today a session can be started interactively, saving off messages for the UI to consume. We can modify how these messages are saved so that claude-code can resume from saved messages.

Specifically:

• all interactive sessions can be resumed using the past chat messages
• resuming a session will just spin up a new job
