Add broader MCP support to the claude-code runner

Today there are no mcp solutions that the claude-code runner can use. We should have a few out of the box mcp servers that can be spun up / available, and the ability to connect to custom servers

• OOTB MCP servers

  • Jira MCP (requires a deployed server in the cluster)
  • Playwright MCP (requires some setup with the claude-runner dockerfile to support it)

• additionally a way to add custom integrations that can use the ootb claude-code runner

  • a page in the UI to configure mcpServers: { ... } config per project
  • these can be passed to the claude-runner as a ENV variable and injected into the runner
  • user would be expected to deploy any requirement server in their namespace if the MVP server required it
  • OOTB mcp servers are either always available or can be enabled through the MCP page in the UI
    • "enabling Jira MCP would deploy the server in their namespace"
  • available mcp servers can be chosen to inject into the session on create form in the UI
