[Java] How to read file in S3 or Minio by Dataset api?

Hi, I am trying to read a Parquet file stored in Minio by org.apache.arrow.dataset. But I have no idea how to write my code. There is no example in the java cookbook about reading file in S3 or Minio. Could you provide me with some example? Thank you.

You should be able to read from S3 by passing an s3:// URI. I don't have an example of this off-hand, though. I'm not sure how/if Minio can be configured.
