[CI][Ruby][Windows] "Exception in finalizer" warnings

We use Tempfile in our tests. The associated file with a Tempfile will be deleted by GC. But it's failed when someone opens the associated file on Windows. We can suppress the warnings by ensure closing associated files before a Tempfile is GC-ed.
