large files are not accepting

Hi,
We are using the Tinyfilemanager in our asp.net project. It works fine for smaller files less than 2 MB, but we would like to allow upto 100 MB. When we try with file of 8MB also, it does not accept. 

We have set the MaxUploadSizeMb value to 100 in web.config. Any guidance on this will be very useful
