Sync files with develop branch

- Replace config.yaml with develop version
- Replace models.py with develop version
- Add missing __init__.py for orchestrator tests
- Replace pattern-2 template.yaml with develop version
- Remove reducto-comparison-assessment.md (not in develop)

Ensures compatibility with develop branch while keeping
Node.js 22.x and test set fixes.
