Support For Global Endpoints (Claude 4.5 Sonnet)

For different reasons a customer might plan to use the global endpoint for a model instead of the us endpoint. Can we add support for these model id's i.e. global.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0
